Football and Cheer Organized (Optional) Team Activities

Bring a Water Bottle and come hydrated—conditioning can be intense, especially in the summer heat!

To help everyone stay safe and comfortable during practice, please arrive dressed appropriately:

Players

T-Shirt or Tank Top

Athletic Shorts

Cleats or Athletic Sneakers (cleats are preferred when available)

Cheerleaders

T-Shirts or Tank Tops (no glitter or sequins)

Athletic Shorts that provide full coverage (please avoid shorts that are too short)

No denim or clothing with zippers or buttons

Athletic shoes with good arch support

Hair pulled back in a ponytail or other secure style, off your shoulders and out of your face
