Seahawks Prepare for Another Season of Competition, Community, and Championship Goals
The wait is over — the Taylor Seahawks are ready to take flight for the 2026 football season.
As a proud member of the Downriver Junior Football League (DJFL), the Taylor Seahawks are preparing for another exciting season filled with hard work, competition, and unforgettable moments. The 2026 DJFL Football schedule brings a new opportunity for players, coaches, families, and fans to come together and support youth football in the Taylor community.
With months of preparation behind them, Seahawks athletes will take the field ready to showcase their dedication, teamwork, and the Seahawk values of family, leadership, grit, hustle, and teamwork.
Official Practice Begins August 17th
The road to kickoff officially begins on Monday, August 17th, as the Taylor Seahawks begin official team practices for the 2026 season.
Practices will be held from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, as players take the field to continue building fundamentals, developing team chemistry, and preparing for the challenges ahead.
The work starts now. Every drill, every repetition, and every practice brings the Seahawks one step closer to game day.
